The idea of looking for opportunity sites in Chicago has brought us to think about the big parks in the western part of the city.  They are connected through boulevards in a masterplan of the late 19th century.
Many are very deteriorated. There are areas with activity that are still being used, but on the other hand, there are other vast areas that are in disuse, citing a lack of people and maintenance.
After researching the city and having in mind the information we discovered, we have realized that these parks would be good target spaces to activate, bringing them a better image and new public spaces designed for the future.

This would be in conjunction with private use, so that private companies could establish their headquarters in areas of this park. The money generated with this program would finance the new public smart-space, as well as the interaction between both public and private.
